DISASTER PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE
PHILRADS prepares and response to disaster prevention, mitigation, preparedness and response, and proving counterpart resources for.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT:
PHILRADS moves beyond relief to development. It puts premium in implementing sustainable development programs, including long term poverty alleviation projects in depressed or disaster stricken communities. Among its development projects are:

• Micro-savings program Livelihood
• Community health, sanitation and education
• Agricultural and Agro-forestry Development
• Child development

REHABILITATION PROGRAMS:
PHILRADS follows up its relief response through housing, livelihood, medical and other assistance to disaster victims to facilitate recovery and restoration to pre-disaster condition.

LEADERSHIP AND INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT:
PHILRADS strengthens local churches as partners in holistic ministry. It trains and equips local people on organizing and leadership building. It develops and strengthens community-based organizations into a strong and functioning instutions.
