Mr. Julio was about to harvest the crops 2 weeks before typhoon Paeng swept the country.
He is still hoping for food while recovering from the effects of the disaster.
Farming is the main source of income for the residents in the municipalities of Panay, Sigma, Dao, Panit-an, and Ponteverda in Capiz.
