PHILRADS has completed the Rapid Damaged Assessment to the most affected places in Capiz.
In coordination with the government agencies and with the help of our church partners, the team of PHILRADS was able to visit 12 barangays in the municipalities of Panay, Sigma, Dao, Panit-an, and Ponteverda.
