PHILRADS has visited the Municipality of Dingalan in the province of Aurora to conduct the assessment.
Dingalan is the most affected place in Aurora that was hit by typhoon Karding. The affected families are building their shelter using scrap materials.
Our team is now in Cabanatuan to do the assessment in the province of Nueva Ecija.
