Another project that PHILRADS has implemented in response to the Abra earthquake is providing cleaning kits and materials.

Yesterday, PHILRADS has distributed the Community Cleaning Kits to 27 Municipalities of Abra. The turn over and distribution was facilitated at Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) in Bangued. Each municipality received:

1 sledge hammers (Long Handle)
3 sledge hammers (Small Handle)
3 hacksaws with blade
3 crowbars
3 digging bars
3 hammers
12 pairs of gloves
12 eyeglasses
2 cold chisels
5 shovels
12 pairs of boots
2 wheelbarrows
2 electric drills
2 bolos
2 grinders

The Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO) in Bangued has also received the cleaning kits.
