Pastor Nimrod Fernandez Sonio from Sorsogon, Bicol Region is pastoring one of the church partners of PCEC and PHILRADS.

In one of the PHILRADS Typhoon Odette Shelter Repair Projects, Pastor Nimrod has committed to be a volunteer. From his hometown in Bicol, he travelled to Manila and flew to Butuan, then travelled again going to Sumilom Island. With his passion and desire to encourage the victims of typhoon Odette, he stayed in the Island for 10 days and he helped the community in rebuilding their houses.

On top of that, Pastor Nimrod was able to share mattresses and food packs to a couple of senior citizens.

The House Repair Project of PHILRADS funded by OMF in Sumilom Island was completed on March 26.
