Bohol needs shelter repair
The towns of Ubay and Bien Unida in Bohol are in dire need of shelter repair as more than 24,000 houses have been damaged in these areas.
This has been the assessment of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
In Ubay, 336 families are still in the evacuation center.
Meanwhile, 1502 homes have been destroyed in the Jao Island part of Bien Unido. Pump boats, their only mode of transportation to and from the island, have also been wrecked.
