The PHILRADS canvassing of grocery items for the relief packs proved to be a challenge as most grocery stores are closed.

The supposed Bohol and Southern Leyte assessment tomorrow was cancelled because of the RED WARNING LEVEL and strong to gale force winds warning issued by PAGASA.

Flooding is a threat to low-lying areas in the province.

The team will stay in Cebu until the warning is lifted.

Pray for the safety of the PHILRADS ground team, and for smooth relief operations, as only a few areas have but weak cell signals. Pray for their safe transfer to Bohol and Southern Leyte to continue the rapid damage assessment and needs analysis.
