Electricity and water have not yet been restored and some roads are still not passable. Transportation is still a struggle due to posts and debris on the road.
Water and food packs remain to be the top immediate needs.
As of this writing, PHILRADS is set to conduct a Rapid Needs Assessment in affected areas to analyze the extent of the damage. The team will start with Surigao, which was heavily affected by the disaster.
