Praise God for His protection. PHILRADS TEAM have arrived safely in Cagayan Valley at 3:00 a.m. The team is being accompanied by Pastor Nico Estrada, one of our partners in Cagayan Valley. They just had a courtesy call with Joan C. Dunnuan, the Municipal Mayor.
PHILRADS Team is now coordinating with the Barangay level officials for the finalization of distribution that will happen on Wednesday.
