PCEC and PHILRADS Team hosted a fellowship for Bicol Ministerial Partners.

The teams discussed plans in establishing the disaster response network. New members of PHILRADS Team were also introduced.

Before ending the program, Pastors and leaders prayed for one another through a breakout session.
