In line with the implementation of the SEED Program, PHILRADS HDU Team conducted the Training Needs Assement (TNA) to the beneficiaries from Helping Bayong group at Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City last Saturday, September 25, 2021. The TNA was attended by 9 participants and they are all excited for the actual training.
