Praise God for the success of another orientation of PHILRADS for the Community Sustainable Economic Empowerment for Development (SEED) Project and Safeguarding Policy last September 21, 2021. The orientation was attended by 17 people from Happy Nanay Happy Bahay Mandaluyong and Tondo, Manila chapters, Helping Bayong Quezon City, and PCEC-PHILRADS. The participants were given the overview of the project and how it will be implemented.
