Thank God for the success of PHILRADS’ Basic Livelihood and Skills Training (BLAST) Project and Safeguarding Policy orientation last September 8, 2021. 29 people from IHELP NCR and PCEC-PHILRADS have attended the orientation. The goal is for the participants to be more equipped for the implementation of the project that is funded by Humedica International.
