TYPHOON ROLLY Recovery and Rehabilitation Project || PHILRADS team along with our President Bishop Noel Pantoja turned over 9 Unmotorized Banca ( Sibid-sibid) and sets of fishing equipment to 67 Fisherfolks in Barangay Sogod, Tiwi, Albay.
