PCEC-Philrads (in partnership with Humedica) distributed its second wave of relief goods (food items) in Barangay 105 Happy Land, Tondo, Manila.
Evacuation Centeres served:
1.Villegas High School-117 families
2. San Pablo Apostol Evac. Center -36 families
3. Barangay 105, Covered Court- 147 families
Total served families: 300.
